Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT: The Guest must pay the agreed-upon rental fee for the specified dates. Payment details are provided on the bookimg website or in a separate invoice or agreement. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY: The Guest is accountable for any damages to the property or its contents during the booking. This includes damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances, and other items within the property. The Guest must promptly report any damages to the Host/Lease holder. DAMAGES FEES: If damages occur, the Guest is responsible for any necessary repairs during the apartment booking.
