Cancellation Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Use of the Property: The Guest is renting the apartment located at 596 EAST 32 ST BK solely for any of the following purposes such as filming, photo shoots, podcast interviews, or meetings. Any other use of the property is strictly prohibited. PAYMENT: The Guest shall pay the sum of amount agreed-upon rental fee for the specified rental dates. Payment details are outlined in a separate invoice or payment agreement. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY: The Guest shall be responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during booking. This includes but is not limited to damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances, and any other items within the property. The Guest agrees to promptly report any damages to the Host/Lease holder. DAMAGES FEES: In the event of damages, the Gues shall be responsible for any damage and repair that occurred during booking of the apartment. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: The Guest agrees to adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with prior approval from the Host/Lease holder. CANCELLATION:please adhere to policy and guideline when making the booking. Pets AND SMOKING: Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and penalties. LIABILITY: The Host/Lease holder shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that occur during the Guest's stay. Any damage or loss occasioned or caused to the apartment as a result of the negligence or unwarranted acts of the Guest shall be borne by such Guest. The Guest shall not sub-let, lease, sell or permit to lease, sublet, the apartment to a third-party without the consent of the Host/Lease holder first had and obtained. That the Guest shall keep the apartment clean and in liveable/habitable condition and shall not do or cause to be done any alternation in the apartment without first obtaining the Host's/attorney’s consent either orally or writing. The Guest shall not deal with the apartment in a manner which binds the Host/Lease holder with any third party without first obtaining the consent of the Host/ or his attorney in writing. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of _____NEW YORK BROOKLYN___________.
